biscuit bridge resontor cone
the unique tone of a single cone resonator has become one of the iconic sounds of the blues – loud, brash and brilliant at the top with quite a pronounced midrange. The tonewood drg2ce has a spun aluminium cone with a “biscuit bridge” in a wooden body for a warmer, fuller and more versatile blues tone. The sound well is covered with the classic “chicken foot” style cover.
while many resonator guitars are designed for lap style playing with a square neck, this model has a conventional round neck for normal guitar and slide playing.
